The website www.mpledesma.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) is owned by the company  M&P LEDESMA Y ASOCIADOS, S.L. , with registered office at plaza Francesc Macià, 5, 3º 1ª, 08021 Barcelona (Barcelona) and holder of CIF number  B-65271330  and registered in the Trade Registry of  Barcelona  in Volume 41.723, Page 29, Section 8, Sheet 394.648, Inscription 1 (hereinafter,  “M&P LEDESMA”).

M&P LEDESMA makes the Website available to Internet users so that they can learn more about M&P LEDESMA and know the services we provide.

These general terms and conditions of use of the Website (hereinafter, the “Terms of Use”) regulate together with the Privacy Policy  and the  Cookies the use of the Website, as well as the relationship between  M&P LEDESMA  and the Users. These Terms of Use regulate in particular the rules to be respected and complied with in the use of the Website.

These Terms of Use will always be at your disposal on the Website in Spanish, Catalan and English so that you can consult, sotre or print them at any time.

These Terms of Use together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy are governed by the Spanish regulations in force at all times. In the event of a dispute, both parties will submit for the resolution of disputes to the jurisdiction that corresponds to the User according to the applicable regulations.

12. GENERALITIES

In no case and under the lack of exercise of your rights by M&P LEDESMA may be understood as a waiver thereof.
The headings contained in these conditions are merely indicative or informative, so that they do not affect, qualify or expand the interpretation of them.
In the event that any of the clauses contained in these Terms is declared null, abusive or unenforceable, totally or partially, by a judicial or administrative body, such declaration shall affect the clause in question individually, having it as not put and without the declaration of nullity, abuse or inapplicability being extended under any circumstances to the rest of the conditions, which will subsist.
